1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of genzastrologer.life and the personal consultations we offer. By using the site or booking a session, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. What we offer
- Free automated readings: the Vibe Check, Situationship Match, horoscopes, cosmic weather and replies in the Void. They are generated automatically by our astrology software from planetary positions and guidance written in advance — not by a human astrologer — and are labelled “Automated”.
- Personal consultations: one-to-one sessions with an astrologer on WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Meet or Zoom. The introductory session is ₹50 / 15 min. Any other prices are listed on our Pricing page.
3. Astrology is for reflection, not advice
Everything here — automated or personal — is for entertainment and self-reflection. It isn't medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it can't predict the future or guarantee any outcome. Please make important decisions with the right professionals. If you're struggling, contact someone you trust or a helpline — in India, Tele-MANAS on 14416 (free, 24/7), or 112 in an emergency.
4. Booking a consultation
- You start every conversation yourself; our buttons only type a message for you.
- The time, how to pay and any refunds are agreed with you in the chat before your session.
- Please be respectful. We may decline or end a session if someone is abusive.
- Under 18? Please talk to a parent or guardian before booking a paid session.
5. The Void
Posts are anonymous and deleted automatically after 90 days. Please don't post anyone's personal details, hate, harassment, threats or spam. We automatically hide phone numbers, emails, links and @handles, and we may remove any post that breaks these rules.
6. Third-party apps
WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Meet and Zoom are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. Using them for a consultation means those terms apply too.
7. Fair use
Don't try to break, overload or scrape the site, or use it for anything illegal. Feel free to share your readings with friends.
8. Our content
The site's text, design and code belong to GenZ Astrologer. Sharing a reading or a screenshot for personal, non-commercial use is fine.
9. Responsibility
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided “as is”, and we can't be responsible for decisions you make based on a reading. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
